Research Workplan

The workplan can be divided into the following five tasks:

 
T1- Mathematical modelling and computer simulation at sub-cellular scale;

T2- Mathematical modelling and computer simulation at cellular scale;

T3- Mathematical modelling and computer simulation at macroscopic scale;

T4- Mathematical methods and qualitative analysis;

T5- Experimental aspects and validation.

The table below shows how all modelling scales and aspects are to be covered by the network. The coordinating team is typed in boldface in the upper part of the box.
